I am sorry to say that I have been neglecting http://financialcuckoldwanted.com for a little while. My updates on there are pretty slow at this point. Something I hope to rectify in the near future. To be honest I have been so busy getting my SEO in decent keywords back in the right position on my main blogs that something had to sit back.
Over 700 hits a day on http://tasksbythegoddess.com can really make your head spin. Of course anytime you give something away for free the hits come out of the woodwork. Hahaha. I ended up putting my foot down a little on there however. Part of the rules were that the tasks would actually be filled by the readers and that appreciation for my time would be shown. Sadly that was not the case. Even the Sissy gurls couldn’t get off their asses and send in the photo proof to me. I was pretty disappointed in this lack of obedience. So now I am updating it when I have the extra time.

About a week I was telling you about “life lessons learned” and that I had decided to make several more changes. As with everything else in life you never really know if those are going to be changes for the better or worst.
I am so happy to be able to tell you that they were most assuredly for the better. School opening delayed and other news!

New lessons learned resulted in further changes!
Don’t you just love it when you learn those little life lessons? Guess what even a Mistress is not exempt from those, especially when she is a Business Woman as well.
The one thing I can say for myself so is that I am excellent at learning from my mistakes and I am always willing to adjust to make my Empire run smoother and without any of the silly drama.
The other thing I have been saying for years is that if something no longer serves me or stops being fun, I will get rid of it or stop doing it.
The third and final pearl of wisdom is that with age hopefully comes wisdom and the older I get (LOL no I don’t have any control over that darlings) the quicker this wisdom seems to knock on my door.
Now with that said, let me tell you what all the changes are and what brought them about.
Lesson #1:
Even I can only get so much work done in a day without collapsing and things stopping to even be remotely fun anymore.
The Change:
I had to reduce my Empire down by several blogs and instead of keeping all the different aspects of my fetish realm apart in nicely split up blogs to make things easier and more to the point for my readers I decided to combine them in more or less category groupings instead. This reduces a lot of work for me and gives you darlings more regular updates. It also frees me up for more filming and photos again. As you can see by the new photos I have been posting on several of my remaining blogs. I had come to the point of not even wanting to log in anymore because I shuddered at the thought of all the work ahead of me every single day. Truthfully, that just had to stop.
Lesson #2: Change and combining takes time and a lot of effort!
The Change:
You are going to notice that for a few days some of my websites appear a little low on content. That is simply because I switched them from website to weblog instead. Now since I had been working on them for (in some cases) years to get them visible on the internet and that means even working on the SEO deals etc. it is now simply gone to waste. That means I have a good point – I can design them much better and with much easier to find SEO Keywords etc, make them look more attractive and of course give them a much more polished look. The downside is that it will take me some time to get them all up and running again the way I envision them to be. I am a stickler for having it done just right and the way I want them to look. Ok so I am a control freak!
Lesson #3: Fads destroy a lot!
The Change:
I threatened several times in my former Empire News Blog (gone now) that I would close my piggy heaven membership site down and take several other freebie things away from my money fetish readers and supposed submissive seekers, but I was up until now to good hearted (read foolishly hopeful) to follow through. This morning that change finally occurred and now http://goddessbelladonna.com is a website under construction. http://goddessbelladonna.com is my oldest and original financial fetish, femdom and fetish site. The one that started it all here on the internet for me and it was pretty hard to destroy it and be willing to rebuild it from scratch. The reality is that “submission” and “financial fetish / domination” has turned into a more or less popular fad now and with that has brought a lot of the undesirable attitudes with it. Since I deeply love this fetish as well as many others seeing this happening is pretty difficult for me, and knowing that I now have to treat those who claim to be financial submissives more like clients whom I have to charge up front or turn my time into being a “bill collector” truthfully makes me sick to my stomach. It is what it is so and no matter how much I or many of the other old school ladies struggle against it we can’t turn the clock back to better days.
I guess that means the changes I have to make in order to keep the fetish even remotely fun for me are now inevitable and I am sure that a lot of boys are going to be even less happy. Then again, I seriously doubt they know any better.
Lesson #4: Being transparent can really bite you in the ass!
The Change:
I have never been afraid of living my lifestyle in the open. Ironically in my real life people have no problem accepting me for whom and what I am. Of course those are the people who actually interact with me, meet me in person, have coffee with me, have business dealings with me etc. They see me, the human being and mature lady instead of just a bunch of photos, clips and writing on the internet. Apparently online people or those who hide behind a screen personality are not as intelligent and are more eager to judge someone they don’t even know.
I had always combined my fetish and adult sites with my regular “vanilla” venues. Matter of fact, I had all my blogs and sites posted on here for several months in order to allow those who wanted to get to know me as a person first in all aspects before approaching me the opportunity to do so.
Well it backfired on me big time when some of my writing clients found this site and were morally offended by my business. Again ironic and highly hypocritical since I never lied about it. Of course there is more to that story I am sure, but the end result was in me losing several good contracts from clients for whom I had been writing for years.
Moralistic hypocrisy sucks, but it is again what it is. So now I am forced to keep my different aspects apart so that once I get my vanilla venues back up and running right I won’t have that problem again. What makes it even worst to me is that even the kinky people and fetish mongers have a problem with anything that is not strictly Mistress related. Almost as if they just can’t get the idea in their heads that there is a difference between letting someone serve you (really rare these days I assure you) and running an adult business in order to pay your bills.
So yes even my softer and much more lenient side is now going to be withheld from you due to this fact.
The fact is that as a Mistress I can only control so much. I can’t control stupidity and sadly there really is no cure for it. This month for the first time in almost 2 years I don’t have my bill money set away for the bills coming up. Of course that makes me very sad since of all things it is my Birthday coming up. Happy Birthday to me!
There is no shame to me in admitting this. I am sure some will see it as weakness and to them I have only one thing to say. Kiss my big fat white ass. We all have bad month sometimes and guess what I am dealing with business here. Take a good look around you sometimes and tell me ho w many local businesses are going out of business or a currently suffering financial losses. Any other questions?
In my case it is a matter of learning from my mistakes, fix them and move on.
So from now on this is my Empire News blog but strictly adult business and fetish / BDSM oriented. I will keep you posted on the strides I am making. For now it is 3 am in the morning here and I still have an all nighter to pull. Hopefully I get to get some rest sometime during the day. Ah yes, this Mistress does work hard. If you look along the sidebar you are going to see that I am involved in a lot of different things and there are always more being added as I evolve and create more business venues for me to earn an income. As you will learn if you click on some of the different pages and links in the correct category that no matter what I do I am always the same person.
I don’t find it necessary to try to create different personas for different aspects of me the human being behind the Title, Names I work under or create. I am who I am and you are either going to like me, love me, hate me, envy me or not give a shit one way or the other about me. Guess what that is exactly how it should be too, since you are just as unique in your thinking, behaving and attitudes as I am.
I have a couple of favorite sayings which I would like to share with you real quick:
“It is better to be hated for who you are than loved for who you are not!” I live this in spades since you are going to always get me – head on and uncensored – it is up to you to decide how you feel about me.
“Don’t ask for help if you are not willing to work hard and help yourself!” I think you can tell by my many different venues and topics I cover that I am an extremely hard worker and I have never tried to dodge the ball when it came to getting my hands dirty, learning something I needed to know and putting in my effort. Matter of fact that is one of those pet peeves I have when dealing with others who think life should just hand them everything. Sorry doesn’t work that way, not even for a financial Mistress.
“Live life to the fullest or don’t live it at all!” This seems harsh of a quote, but it really simply means don’t waste your life by hiding behind a mask, being too afraid to try something new and always giving it your best at all times. If you don’t like something after your really tried it, just don’t do it again. But always just sitting on the side lines and dreaming is never going to do you any good. It just give you a very unfulfilled life and what good is that. Everyone has handicaps, some of them we can see and others are hidden in our psyche. I have them too, but I chose to try to overcome whatever obstacle rises up in front of me no matter if it is from within me or from the world around me. This is my life and I am not going to take this gift I was given for granted. That means I take whatever comes at me and I will walk through it head held high, excited to experiences something new and at times really glad when it has passed me by.
Take a good look around my Empire – I have worked really hard at creating it and I am extremely proud of it. I build this up and no I didn’t have any help in doing so either. It is a sum of a lot of lessons I have learned, experiences I either enjoyed or really hated and of course a lot of interests I personally have.
My Empire is like every other Empire in the universe. It supports me – pays my bills – takes care of my needs and if that sounds too harsh or business like for you than maybe you need to get a good dose of reality. No matter what name you carry one thing is always the same – we need to pay our bills, pay our taxes and survive. I simply opted to take what I already love and turn it into my “career” if you will instead of going out to work a job I really hate, buckle under people I can’t stand and make excuses for who I am.
So I guess we need to add I am a strong willed business woman to the mix. Now go have a look around and if you see something that attracts your attention, read it carefully.
